Picture a Week (2014) 17: Catch-Up 2

Going for an MCU Daredevil design! I'm really excited for the 13-episode Netflix mini-series for him, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Jessica Jones! 

So I tried to take elements from the comics and how the MCU seems to be working and decided to do this! 

I figure his backstory is tweaked a little, the chemicals that blinded him were in fact going to a secret Hydra facility under the same boxing ring that Matt's father would end up going to for fights years later. He studied diligently both before the accident and after and became a lawyer. 

When his father was killed by Fixer and his group of cronies, he studied martial arts and learned to hone his abilities. It wasn't long before he donned a makeshift costume and went out to find his father's killers. 

Lo and behold, Daredevil was born. While he became practically the top lawyer of Hell's Kitchen he also spent most nights out and fighting criminals. One night he thought he heard someone in trouble, and while that was true, it wasn't the victim who was in trouble. It was the attackers. That night he met a man named Luke Cage, recently released from jail, who had taken down all his attackers without a single scratch or bullet wound, just a bunch of cuts in his clothing.
